Safe Fall Training for Seniors

About the Program

Safe Fall Training for Seniors is a preventative, skills-based movement program designed to support confidence, body awareness, and safer responses to loss of balance.

When older adults experience a fall, the impact can lead to injury, loss of confidence, and reduced independence. This program focuses on helping participants develop awareness of balance, controlled movement, and safer ways to respond if balance is lost.

Sessions draw on gentle principles used in movement disciplines where people learn how to fall safely and protect themselves, adapted specifically for older adults and everyday situations.

The focus is on reducing fear, improving confidence, and supporting independence, not physical performance.
