About the Program
Inclusive Jiu-Jitsu is a gentle, adapted movement program focused on confidence, coordination, and personal safety. Sessions are non-competitive and designed to support people of all abilities to move, learn, and participate at their own pace.
The program emphasises body awareness, balance, controlled movement, and safe interaction rather than strength or athletic performance.
